2 racks pork ribs
16 oz your favorite BBQ Sauce
1 tsp. salt, 1 Tbls. Pepper, 1 tsp. Ground sage
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion salt (1/2 tsp. cayenne if you like it hot)

Cover baking pan with foil, pat ribs dry and put in pan, mix seasonings, rub on ribs covering all, gently spread light coat of BBQ sauce over seasonings. Cover entire pan with heavy duty foil and place in 220º oven for 6 hours. Remove from oven, remove foil top, return under broiler for 5-10 minutes until sauce darkens and crisps. Cut into pieces and serve hot or cold.
