3-4 lb Beef roast (chuck)
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
5 Beef bouillon cubes
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning (add more if desired)
4 cloves minced fresh garlic
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in large casserole and bake for 4-6 hrs at 275º.
2. Remove meat from juices, save juice.
3. Slice or shred meat and return to juice to reheat.
4. Serve on crusty rolls, w/cheese, slice onions, or tomatoes to top the sandwich if desired.
