4 chicken breasts
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
½ c. water
1 clove pressed garlic
1 Tb. Ketchup
¼ c. apple juice
½ tsp. Crushed red pepper
1 green onion sliced

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and brown in oil. Mix all other ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes. Serve chicken over rice and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
