1 to 1½ tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ cup hot water
½ cup aged Balsamic vinegar
1½ cup prepared yellow mustard
1 cup onions, coarsely chopped
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ cup tomato paste
1 tablespoon Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 to 1½ teaspoons Tabasco sauce
1½ to 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve salt and sugar in boiling water. Put vinegar and salt water in blender and add coarsely chopped onions. Mince onions finely (1 to 4mm fragments) by giving the blender five or six 2 second spurts and one 4 -second spurt on HI. Add to saucepan with all other ingredients except butter.
