1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Dried Cranberries
1 Ripe Medium Banana, Mashed
1/3 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Apple Juice
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl stir together cranberries, banana, butter, apple juice, egg, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Stir in oats, flour, sugar, and baking soda; blend well. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet; flatten with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack before storing in a tightly closed container.
