"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Directions:
Sauce: Place dry Italian dressing, hot sauce, peppers, garlic, and lime juice into blender and puree for minute or so. Pour sauce into large saucepan with sticks of butter and heat over medium-low until butter has melted.

Drummies: Remove rack from oven and preheat oven to 350º F. Line rack with tinfoil and line drummies across entire rack. Place rack in oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove rack from oven and flip drummies (hot dog grabber works best). Place rack in oven and bake for another 15 minutes. Remove wings from rack and place in container. Repeat until all wings are cooked.

Turn oven to 425º F. Place new tinfoil on oven rack. Using hot dog grabber, dip drummies into sauce and line oven rack. Place oven rack in oven for 6 - 8 minutes. Remove rack and flip drummies. Using a basting brush, brush additional sauce over wings and bake another 7 minutes. Remove from oven and place in crockpot on low heat. Repeat until all wings have been dipped and baked. Serve!! Enjoy!!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
1. Make sure you have a capable blender.... otherwise sauce will stain white walls.

2. If handling peppers, be sure to wash hands before using the restroom.

3. Have plenty of milk and ice cream on hand.
