Texas Cornbread Recipe

1 1/2 cusps self-rising cornmeal
3 tablespoons sugar (optional)
MIX Together:
1 cup (8ox) sour cream
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
1 small can cream corn (8 1/2 oz)
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup diced ham
4 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients to above mixture, pour into 13 x9 pan sprayed with pam. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. When finished baking, melt one stick margarine (butter) and pour over top.
