1 Butt Pork Roast (You can remove a lot of the fat, but not all or the meat will be too dry)
1 large onion
3 to 4 garlic cloves
1/2 teas. Celery Seed (not salt)
Parsley Coarsely chopped
1 jar BBQ sauce or homemade BBQ sauce
1 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Put water in bottom of the crock pot. Place roast in, and thinly slice the onion, parsley, celery seed and garlic on top of the roast. Pour about ½ of the jar of BBQ sauce over the top of the onions/garlic. Cook on low for 10 – 12 hours. Can be sliced or chopped. Add additional BBQ sauce if needed and serve on toasted buns.

I would make this for all the "Kids" when they all came home to our house from Carrol College. The longer it cooks the better it is.
