2 lbs English cut short ribs
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 c California burgundy or red table wine
3-4 cloves of garlic diced

Directions:
Directions:
Roll ribs in flour seasoned with Paprika, salt and pepper. Brown in hot olive or Wesson oil. Place ribs in a casserole, pour in wine and garlic. Cover and bake in slow oven at 300º - 325º for 2 1/2 hours or so until tender.
Serve with roasted or baked potatoes and green beans.
