1 Quart Milk
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
2/3 cup butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk and add sugar, salt and butter while still hot. Let cool to lukewarm. Add 1 TLB Yeast, soda and egg. Add enough flour to make dough. Do not knead except to make it hold together. Allow to stand in Ice Box (frig) for 24 hours. Roll and cut as Parker House Rolls. Let rise 2 hours and bake 10 minute at 350 degrees or until well done. Dough will keep several days in Ice Box.
