2 Pounds Chicken Pieces
1/4 Cup French Salad Dressing
2 TBSP. Peach Jam, Large Pieces Cut Up
1 TBSP. Water
1 tsp. Dried Minced Onion or 2 TBSP. Finely Chopped Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Skin chicken. Place chicken pieces in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. For glaze, stir together remaining ingredients. brush glaze lightly over chicken. Bake uncovered in a 375 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Brush with remaining glaze, bake 5 minutes more.
