1 lb can salmon
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp hot horseradish
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pecans
chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon, remove skins and bones. Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish, salt, liquid smoke, onion. Mix well and chill overnight. Combine chopped pecans and parsley. Shape salmon in ball and roll in pecan mixture. Serve with crackers.
