2 lb. chuck or round steak, cut in 1" pieces
1 envelope Lipton soup mix
1 can 12 oz. Italian diced tomatoes
1 t oregano leaves
Pepper or garlic salt
2 T cooking oil
2 T wine vinegar (red)

Directions:
In Dutch oven, put raw meat and all the rest of the ingredients. Mix. Put on a tight lid. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 to 3 hours. Serve over rice.
