4 c. Pioneer baking mix
8 oz sour cream
3/4 c. club soda
1/2 to 1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together baking mix, sour cream and club soda. Flatten to 1/2" and cut into biscuits. Melt 1/2 stick of butter in baking dish. Put biscuits in pan and roll in butter. Melt another 1/2 stick and pour over biscuits before baking. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. If you really want to be bad, put another 1/2 stick melted butter on top of biscuits after you take them out of the oven.
