2 pkg Yeast
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 cup water

2 TLB sugar
2 TLB Oil
2 tsp Salt
2 Cup Hot Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Yeast in 1 cup water and 1/2 tsp sugar. In Big Bowl, mix sugar, oil, salt and add Hot Water. Cool mixture down to luke warm and add yeast misture. Stir in 7 1/2 - 8 cups flour. Knead until elastic. Place in greased Tupperware Bowl. Rise until double. Punch down ..let rise 15 min. Cut in half. Roll out to 12" x 15 " rectangle. Roll into French Bread Shape. Cut slashes in top. Let rise until double. Mix 1 egg + 2 TLB milk. Brush on top. Add Sesame Seeds. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
