1 1/2 lb hot sausage
2 c Pioneer baking mix
2 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

With all ingredients at room temperature, mix and knead well. Roll in walnut sized balls. Bake at 350º 25-30 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve. Freezes well. To serve pre-cooked or frozen sausage balls, reheat for serving at 350º for 15-20minutes.
