Sauce (Mix these):
1 bottle chili sauce
1 bottle catsup
1 - 2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tspns. salt
1 - 2 packages of dry Lipton onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Line roasting pan with 2 layers of heavy-duty foil. Lay out 2 long pieces of foil perpendicular to each other. Trim most of the fat off the brisket. Place brisket on foil and top with all the sauce mix. Close all sides of foil into each other to form an airtight package. Cook 2-3 hours at 350º. Open foil on top for the last 30 min. to brown.
