1 1/2 c. salsa
1 c. beer or water
1 c. tomato paste
1 packet taco seasoning
3 lb. beef bottom round roast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1/3 c. chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salsa, beer, tomato paste, and taco seasoning in slow cooker. Rub beef with salt and pepper. Add beef to cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove to cutting board. Stir peanut butter and cilantro into sauce. Serve sauce over sliced roast.
