Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 loin pork chops
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Salt, pepper & garlic salt
Olive oil
Bottled barbecue sauce - (as long as it's not too thick, spicy or sweet)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix equal parts of the salt, pepper and garlic salt together. Squeeze the lemon juice on both sides of the chops, and then sprinkle both sides with seasonings. Cover and set aside to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature. Preheat grill on high. Brush chops lightly on both sides with oil and sear for 2 minutes with lid closed. Flip the chops and brush with barbecue sauce. Close the lid again and cook another 2 minutes. Turn chops and brush with sauce, close lid and cook 6 minutes. Turn and cook another 6 minutes. They will turn a reddish-brown on the outside, and they will be perfect on the inside. Use your thermometer to insure that the chops are done... you are looking for about 170 degrees.

If the only sauce you find is thick, loosen it up with some water.
