2 C white Sugar
1 stick of Margarine or Butter
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 C Milk
1/4 C Cocoa
1/2 C Peanut Butter
3 1/2 C rolled Oats
1 tsp Vanilla

1. Measure sugar, margarine or butter, salt, milk and cocoa into a large saucepan. Stir until sugar is dissolved over medium heat. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
2. Stir in peanut butter, rolled oats and vanilla; mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper. Cool completely. Yield: about 3 dozen
