1/4 c Egg Whites
1 c Sugar
1 T Corn Syrup
1/4 c Strawberries, fresh or frozen, mashed
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water and beat with electric mixer on high speed 4 - 4½ minutes. Take from heat and beat 1 more minute. Do not double recipe. This makes a lot.
