Brisket
Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
Half pint of Jack Daniels
Meat tenderizer

Directions:
Start a fire in grill. While it's heating, in a long pan sprinkle the seasonings on both sides of brisket. Cut deep gashes in the brisket and pour the Jack Daniels over it. On the counter, place a sheet of foil that's long enough to completely wrap around the brisket. Place brisket on the foil, and then another piece on top of the brisket and roll ends up and remember what side of it is the fat side. Then if your husband is like mine he'll take over from there! But if not, then put it on the grill if it has flames coming out of it.
