1 Tblsp. brown sugar
1/2 Tblsp paprika
1/2 Tblsp chili
3/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Pepper to taste
1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and rub 1/2 mixture over the tenderloin.
Let stand 15 minutes
Rub remaining mixture over the tenderloin
Bake at 400 for 3/4 - 1 hour or until cooked.

Serve with Mop Sauce on the side.
