"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
This is very quick and easy and good. I frequently double or triple or quadruple the recipe to make several pies at one time. (I can bake 4 pies at a time in my oven.) This recipe was given to me at one of my wedding showers in 1961 by Miriam King, the mother of one of my lifelong friends.
