Melt all together:
1 (12 oz.) bag package chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) bag butterscotch chips
2 cups peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) bag Spanish peanuts


Spread 1/2 of the above mixture in a buttered 9 x 13 inch cake pan or jelly roll pan and let set.


Combine:
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. butter melted
1 (3 oz.) package of instant French vanilla pudding
mix (just add the dry mix)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lb. package of powdered sugar


Spread on top of first layer, then cover with remaining chocolate layer.
