Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground sausage, hot or mild
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage and ground beef and
drain off fat. Brown the onion. Melt cheese and
add the Rotel, soup, and garlic. Combine and
mix everything in a crock pot. Serve hot with
corn chips, potato chips, crackers, etc. If I am
in a hurry, I melt the Velveeta in the microwave.
Otherwise, I just put it in the crock pot with
everything else and let it melt. Occasionally
stir the mixture.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is very good, especially in cool weather.
Our extended family loves it. You can make
this "hotter" by using hot sausage and hot
Rotel. This came from my sister-in-law, Betty
Sue McGilberry.
