3 pounds of pork ribs
Cut and separate the ribs; roll each rib in cornstarch to coat and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add: 1 cup soya sauce
2 cloves of crushed garlic
2 tbsp, fresh ginger finely chopped
1/2 cup sesame seeds toasted
3 tbsp, sesame seed oil
3 green onions slivered
2 tbsp. white sugar
2 tbsp. water

Stir the ribs; mix well in the mixing bowl so that all the ribs are coated well. The mixture on the ribs will be quite liquid for the ribs to marinate in. Stir as it set and marinates for about 2 hour or longer. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400º for about 40-50 minutes or until done; or place on bar-a-que to cook.
