10 Beef Back Ribs, 3 lb. slabs

Directions:
Clean and remove excess membrane and fat from ribs. Apply Cookshack RibRub© and allow to set overnight, refrigerated.
Load slabs into smoker, making sure they do not touch each other or the sides of the smoker.
Smoke with hickory wood chips at 180 degrees for 4 hours, hold at 140 degrees for 1 hour.
