One Large Fresh Brisket
Rub with Garlic and Pepper
Roast at 400 degrees for one hour
Drain off fat
Mix and add to the meat:

1 Bottle of Chile Sauce
1 Can of Beef Broth
¼ Cup brown sugar
1 Cup chopped onion
1 Cup chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Cover and bake 3 hours in at 325 degrees

Check meat and pull apart with two forks…when meat pulls apart serve on hamburger buns
