½ c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 ¼ cups chunky peanut butter
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
5 (2.1oz.) Butterfinger candy bars, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add egg whites and beat well. Blend in peanut butter and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in candy bars.

Shape dough into 1 ½ inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.

Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
