1 (8 oz) cream cheese, room temp.
1 stick of butter, room temp.
1 egg
1 t. vanilla extract
1 18 oz. box moist chocolate cake mix
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in an egg, vanilla extract and then the cake mix. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll the chilled batter into T. size balls and then roll the balls in powdered sugar. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 12 min. Cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
