1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup coarse Kosher salt
1/8 cup fresh ground pepper
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well and rub on brisket; leave on overnight or 24 hours prior to smoking.
Makes enough to coat 1 large beef brisket.

This rub is for Smoked Brisket done outdoors for 6 hours or longer. Personal preference.
