1 head Lettuce
1 C. diced Celery
4 hard boiled eggs sliced
1 10 oz frozen Peas (uncooked)
8 Green Onions chopped
1 # Bacon fried, drained, and crumbled
2 C Mayonnaise, 2 Tbs sugar, 4 oz grated Cheese

Directions:

Tear lettuce and place in 9x13 glass dish. Layer remaining ingredients in order given. Add sugar to mayonnaise and spread over top. Top with cheese, cover and refrigerate overnight. When serving garnish with additional bacon and parsley.
