1 beef brisket
1/2 bottle liquid smoke
1/2 bottle worsteshire sauce
garlic, chopped onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Criss cross heavy duty foil 4-5 layers.
Lay meat fat side down on foil.
Rub garlic on meat and put 1/2 chopped onion on top (optional).
Sprinkle meat with salt.
Pour 1/2 bottle each of liquid smoke and worsteshire sauce over meat.
Seal tight and cook 8 hours at 275º.
