1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 pk. onion soup mix
1 pk. mushroom or brown gravy
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
fresh sliced mushrooms or canned (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease microwave dish.

Mix all ingredients together (except mushroom/brown gravy packet). Form meat mixture into patties. Place in dish. Put sliced mushrooms on top.

Mix mushroom/brown gravy according to directions. Pour over patties.

Place plastic wrap over dish secure sides. Take a knife and put a small slit in the middle of plastic wrap. Microwave for 15-20 minutes on High or until done. DO NOT over cook.

If all the gravy mixture cooks out, mix up another packet on the stove and cook according to directions and pour over the patties. Recover with plastic wrap and cook for 3-5 minutes longer.
