1 tsp Worchester Sauce
2 tsp Cider Vinegar
3 Tbsp Chili Powder
4 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Mix the rub ingredients in a small bowl and rub the meat down until completely covered.
Spray roasting pan with non-stick spray and place rubbed meat in pan uncovered.
Cook uncovered for 2 hours until rub coating is a nice dark cover or meat is medium well (slight oink center). Take out of oven and allow the meat to cool for 15 minutes before carving.
