2 egg whites beaten stiff
1/2 tsp vanilla
1- 6 oz. pkg. chcolate bits, mealted
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in sugar, vanilla, salt, melted chocolate and coconut. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
