4-5 Pounds Beef Brisket
1/4 c. Soy Sauce
20 oz. Beef Broth
1/4 c. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 c. BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine soy sauce, beef broth, lemon juice and garlic powder.
2. Marinate Brisket in the above overnight, covered
3. Bake the roast along with the marinade in a covered pan (or roaster ovens) at 325º for 4-6 hours, until internal temp is 170º.
4. 1/2 to 1 hour before the meat is done pour the BBQ sauce over the meat. Continue cooking
5. Cut in thin slices and serve with fried potatoes or shred and serve on buns.
