1 (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt
3/4 c.sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. milk
2 large eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Grease 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Combine yogurt, sugar, oil, and milk in a large bowl. Stir, mix well, then beat in eggs.
Combine dry ingredients, then stir into yogurt mixture. Fold in blueberries.
Pour into pan. Bake for 55-65 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove and place on a wire rack to cool completely.

For muffins: it makes 12. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
