3 lb. brisket
1-12oz. can Coke
1 envelope onion soup mix
1-10oz. bottle chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown brisket in dutch oven. Add rest of ingredients. Cover tightly and cook over low heat for at least 2 hours, or until very tender. Slice and serve with the pan juices.
