6 oz shredded parmesan
1 can of artichoke hearts
1 small can of diced chili peppers
1 cup of mayonnaise
A bit of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Open and drain artichoke hearts and cut each heart into eights.

Open and drain chili peppers and cut to preference.

Mix artichokes and peppers with cheese and mayonnaise.

Spread into a baking dish. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or bread.
