The great thing about smoothies is that the measurements do not
have to be exact. In fact, these are just approximations for a two-
serving smoothie. If it is too thick- add more soy milk or wait for
the frozen yogurt to thaw slightly. Too thin? Add more frozen
yogurt or ice.
