1 pt. Half & Half, or 2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter
6 Tbsp. flour
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a large glass or microwaveable bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Gradually add Half & Half and melted margarine, stopping every 1 1/2 minutes on HIGH. Do this 4 TIMES. Add vanilla and microwave 30 seconds more or until it bubbles. Pour into deep dish pie crust (already baked) or 9" pie crust baked. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Put in refrigerator.
