30 Italian Ladyfingers
½ c Brewed Cold Coffee
½ c Kahlua
1 8 oz Carton Mascarpone Cheese
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ c Heavy Whipping Cream
3 tbsp Semisweet Chocolate (finely chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Place ladyfingers flat on a cookie sheet
Bake at 400 until they are golden brown
Remove and let cool
Combine Mascarpone, sugar, milk and vanilla in a medium bowl
With a mixer, beat the cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form when beaters are lifted
Fold into cheese mixture
Combine coffee and Kahlua in a small bowl
Brush over ladyfingers, make sure to cover the ladyfingers completely
Place half of the lady fingers in a 9x13 inch pan
Spread half the cheese mixture on top of the ladyfingers
Place the remaining ladyfingers on top of the cheese mixture
Spread remaining cheese mixture on top of ladyfingers
Sprinkle the chocolate on top for garnish
Refrigerate overnight
Serve cold
