1 lb. butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs yolks (NO EGG WHITES)
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour

Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb box powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Add flour gradually.
Chill dough for 1 hour.
Roll out and use cookie cutters.
Bake for about 10 minutes.

Frosting:
Beat frosting ingredients until creamy. Frost cooled cookies.
