2 C Boiling Water
4Tbs Butter
1/2 C Celery,diced
1/4 C Onion,diced
2 C Milk
1/2 C Flour
2 C Ham, diced
2 C Potato, diced
2 C Velveeta, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a frying pan add celery, onion and ham sauté till the onion turns clear. Add potatoes to cold salted water and bring to a boil, add sauteed ingredients to boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes. In a separate pan mix flour and milk on medium heat and slowly stir in cheese & melt. Pour cheese sauce into the soup. DO NOT DRAIN. and cook 20 - 30 minutes.

*If you do not want a thick soup just add Velveeta to the boiling soup without making the cheese sauce.

* You can add 1/2 C Carrots, diced with potato's if you like carrots.
