Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1-4 lbs. of spareribs (I have learned that Costco ribs are consistently meaty and very good) AND WAY CHEAPER THAN LOBLAWS
1/2 cup of honey
1/4 cup soya sauce
1 cup ketchup
4 cloves of crushed garlice

Directions:
Directions:
Gently simmer ribs in water (with a bit of salt), so that they are just covered in water, for about 1 hour
Drain and place in roasting pan.
Combine remainder of ingredients and pour over the ribs, making sure that they are totally coated in the sauce.
They may be refrigerated or frozen at this point.
Roast at 300 degrees for 1 hour or remove from sauce and grill on BBQ, basting frequently
I have yet to cook them on the BBQ....they get more crispy and I prefer my ribs to be falling apart tender and messy than dry and crispy
