2 Full Spare Ribs cut in half
Dressing:
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. chopped apples
1 T. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 T. sugar
Flour Mixture:
2 T. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
few grains of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Dressing ingredients and spread dressing on bottom halves of ribs, put top halves on and lace together. Top with Flour Mixture. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes then at 325º for 1 hour.
