1 large can chunk pineapple (drain and reserve 1/3 cook juice to be cooked)
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c crushed Ritz crackers
1/3 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Place pineapple in 8 x 8 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine the 1/3 cooked juice, sugar and flour; then, pour over the pineapple and cheese. Mix butter with crushed crackers and sprinkle over all. Bake for 25 minutes.
