1 C. butter
1 3/4 C. sugar
4 eggs -- added one at a time
1 tsp. vanilla
3 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Spoon batter into a 12x18 pan, reserving 1 C. Swirl in 1 can of pie filling (any fruit flavor) and glob on the one C. of remaining batter. Bake 40 minuts at 350 degrees. Drizzle powdered sugar over the top. Add approximately 11/2 tsp. butter to 1 C. sugar, add 1/2 tsp vanilla.
